About Us

UK Property and Land Holdings are a UK based investment group who look to acquire property and land holdings across the UK. The company has been set up by a collective of UK Based investors, who are looking to build up their portfolios of assets nationwide.

Real estate in the UK as a whole has yielded consistent growth over the last decade, with an annual increase of 4.3% within the residential property market since 2011.

Post Covid the London office market has bounced back. Companies are now instructing employees to make a return to the office and according to analysis by Cushman Wakefield, a record 59 businesses made their ‘foray’ back. A third of those were businesses relocating from outside London and the remainder were start-ups signing their first office lease in the city.

The rise in e-commerce and on demand culture of modern society has increased the demand for well located industrial estates where all types of goods and products are manufactured, delivered or stored.
